Dressember Days 21-31

Mood Music: Auld Lang Syne

I have quite a bit of catching up to do here! Dressember always seems to start off slowly and finish in a blur. We were lucky to get to spend some time with both of our families this Christmas, and have some socially-distant visits with family members who we are not "podding" with during quarantine. It was nice to keep up many of our traditions, even though they look a little different this year. Charlie and I always like to celebrate some portion of Christmas week with just the two of us, so we exchanged our gifts to each other on the 26th, which further extended the fun and magic of Christmas morning.

As New Years Eve approached, I could not help but think back on this year. And, what a memorable year it has been! This year, more than ever, I am so grateful for my health and the health of my family, for blessings big and small, and for the hope of a new year. Wishing you all a 2021 that is immeasurably less stressful and more joyful than 2020.
